SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING
We ship to the whole EU and offer delivery all the way to the door via UPS, DHL or Schenker, depending on the zip code. Regardless of delivery conditions, all ordered orders are delivered from warehouse to final destination usually within 2-4 working days. When your package approaches your city, you will be contacted by the shipping agent to book a time for home delivery or pickup. You can choose for the package to be left at your door even if you are not at home. You can also pick up the package yourself from an agent if you wish. The contents of the package are not visible on the outside, nor is our logo or other text that could reveal the contents.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
In our in-stock section we offer many different products with fast delivery. Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days and we send the order from our warehouse in Borlänge or in some cases our partners warehouse. If the order is placed before 13:00, delivery can usually be carried out the next day. We usually send with DHL or TNT.

For our Norwegian, Swiss, Icelandic and Lichtensteinian customers, however, other conditions regarding shipping and customs apply. Customers from EFTA countries need to pay a customs/VAT fee according to their local Customs Service as they are outside the EU. This applies to orders sent both from warehouses in Europe and from factories in China. Because of this, factory orders are sent with express shipping from China: you are responsible for the VAT when you import the package but do not have to pay extra for faster delivery. Delivery time is then normally 12-15 days.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the case of damaged goods due to transport, you must document the damage and report this immediately to the freight agent who delivered your goods. Then contact us, Cursed Collectibles, at info@cursedcollectibles.com. It happens sometimes that boxes have small damages but it is extremely rare for the product within the box to be damaged during delivery, as collectibles usually are very well packaged.

OTHER PROBLEMS DURING DELIVERY
We understand that you are very expectant and can also be a little worried when it is such a large and expensive piece that is delivered halfway across the globe. We have sent a lot of orders and we have never had a package get lost, stuck for a long time, stolen or anything like that. As a customer, you can always feel completely confident that you will receive the item you ordered. We always take full responsibility for your order and our suppliers and transport companies are insured.

PICK UP YOURSELF
You can pick up a product yourself from us in Borlänge if you wish. We have many different products in stock and we also have our own showroom in Borlänge.

TRACK PACKAGES
Depending on the shipping agent, there are different services to track your shipment with. There is a good site that collects tracking info from different transport companies that we often use; www.parcelsapp.com/sv/tracking

Have you received a tracking number but there are no tracking scans? Do not worry! This is completely normal: during the freight from factory to you the package is shipped in a container together with a lot of other parcels, and the container does not get scanned until it reaches Europe. This is when you start receiving updates on your tracking number!
